[16 Sep 2016] Lantern Festival Celebration in school

You woke up at about 3.30am for milk then threw up at about 5 45am. However your fever had completely subsided though.

Today your school had organized a celebration for mid autumn festival and you all were allowed to wear 'party dress' for the celebration. Teachers also urged each of the child to bring their own latern.

You seemed to be tired though but mummy knew you would want to join the celebration though since you like to play with your friend. Your body temperature was okay as well.

As soon as we reached your school, you started to smile more and could not wait to walk to your classroom by yourself.

Mummy went to work as usual. 

There was no call from school and mummy thought you should be fine but when mummy called Teacher Mia at about 3.30pm and learned that you had a fever again. Your body temperature was 37.9C. Teacher Mia promised that she will monitor your body temperature closely and inform mummy if your body temperature spikes.

After an hour, Teacher Christie informed mummy that your body temperature had back to normal but you had a diarrhea instead. Mummy left office slightly early to go and fetch you home.

You seemed to be very energetic and active though.

We went back home for dinner. When baba was home he insisted to ask mummy to give you a dose of Paracetamol although you did not have a fever as he thought since tomorrow we need to go to Sentosa with 爷爷奶奶 and this is a way to prevent you from having fever again. Mummy refused to buy the idea as you should not take medicine if you are fine. However you still have diarrhea and mummy told baba that mummy would bring you to see a doctor tomorrow morning.

[15 Sep 2016] 中秋节

You were okay in the morning when mummy sent you to school but Teacher Mia called mummy at about 4.30pm to inform mummy that you are having high fever! Teacher Mia called for the second time within 5 minutes to get mummy's permission to shower you as your temperature had gone up to 39.4C! Mummy quickly asked for permission from the boss so that mummy could go off early. It was the peak hour and it was difficult to get a taxi. Mummy only managed to board a taxi at about 4.45pm but got stuck in the traffic. It was about 5.50pm when mummy reached your school. You were lying to have a rest in the sick bay. You looked tired but luckily your temperature had gone down. Principal Esther also came forward to inform mummy that 3 children, including you were down with fever on the same day and she worried that could be caused by some virus. She suggested mummy to keep you at home if you still have a fever tomorrow.

Today is your lunar birthday and mummy wanted to cook 面线，红鸡蛋和鸡腿for you but you were still having mild fever. Hence mummy only prepared 2 hard boiled eggs then dyed them into red for you. Though you did not eat them, mummy hope these pair of red eggs will bring you good luck and good health! Happy birthday, 恩 :)

You had poor appetite today and refused to eat the porridge as well. Mummy made a bottle of milk for you instead. Baba came back home then we went downstairs to play candles and lantern for short while then came back home to rest.

As usual, mummy made a 柚子帽. Haha you refused to wear it as usual.

You seemed to be tired and your body temperature started to spiking as well.

Mummy gave you another dose of Paracetamol before you went to bed. Hopefully you will be fine tomorrow.

[14 Sep 2016] Now you like baba more. Mummy is upset

After our fantastic trip, mummy found you like baba more now and become very rebellious to mummy. Mummy was still persistent and insisted not to let you to throw tantrum or raise unreasonable requests even during the trip; whereas baba granted your request most of the time just to prevent you to cry in public. Anyway, mummy thought this is let you learn and understand a better manner but end up it caused you to be very rebellious and have the impression that baba loves you more. 

Now you would prefer baba to carry you, you would prefer to play with baba, you would prefer to spend time with baba instead of mummy and you even did not want to let mummy to shower you. Mummy was deeply upset though.

Anyway, tomorrow is 中秋节. Mummy handmade a lantern for you. It is a dog! 

You played with the lantern for short while then wanted to snatch mummy's phone to play and swipe. You knew mummy won't grant you to do that but you insisted to do that. Mummy wondered you definitely dislike mummy more now. Haiz mummy is so sad...

[13 Sep 2016] Back to school

Yeah holiday is over! Today mummy had to resume work in office and you needed to go to school.

As expected, you cried loudly when mummy dropped you in school and left. Haha anyway, mummy was not willing to go to office to work as well but we have no choice haha

Mummy picked you up in the morning then brought a bottle of your favourite puffs for you to cheer you up. You like these puffs a lot.

It was a tiring day and mummy was too tired to cook. Mummy gave baba a treat to have 白米粉 at Sunplaza instead. 

After dinner, mummy handmade a windmill for you and you seemed to like it a lot.

[10 Sep 2016] 阿公的生日

Today is 阿公's birthday. Mummy and 阿姨 had been discussing where to bring 阿公 for a birthday treat then finally we settled at 云华宫. 3姨 made a reservation for lunch since we will go in the morning then come back to Singapore at 7pm. Everyone had to accommodate our time again.

Mummy purchased the tickets online 1 month in advance and even woke up very early to get everything prepared but when mummy woke baba up at about 8.20am to get ready he kept delaying the time as he did not wish to go. It was about 9am when baba got ready and we were late if we wanted to take public transport. Mummy initiated to take a taxi but we had problem to hail a taxi in a drizzling day. A taxi finally stopped and we even boarded but eventually the taxi driver told us that he did not want to go to train checkpoint as the traffic was very heavy today due to the long weekend. We got off the taxi and took another taxi instead.

At last we managed to reached train checkpoint at aboit 9.45am and we were still in time to catch the train which will depart at 10am and the gate will be closed soon at 9.50am. Mummy thought we were lucky but then found out mummy forgot to bring passports! Oh no, mummy quickly called 大姨 to inform her that as she was already at Malaysia train station to wait for us. 

We took another taxi back home then mummy rushed back home to take our passports while baba and you waited in the taxi. 

We took the taxi back to train checkpoint and got off. Mummy was pissed off at that time as baba did not have any intention to pay for the taxi fare although it's easier for him to take his wallet out. He just looked at mummy and told mummy the total amount then mummy quickly took the bag out, unzip and look for mummy's wallet. Anyway, forget it.

We walked to Singapore Checkpoint and found very lomg queue at the both immigration area and bus stand. As usual baba showed his frustration again but mummy could not do anything. We were in the queue for almost 1 hour. We were already late and not able to rush to the restaurant for lunch. Everyone was waiting for us. 阿姨 did not inform 阿公阿婆 on the lunch yet as they were not sure whether we could be there in time. In the end 阿姨 cancelled the reservation and they needed to find another place for lunch.

Then we came to Malaysia custom, it was so packed and we stuck in the long queue again. That was another 1 hour of waiting. Baba was already fed up at that time. He shouted at mummy and told mummy to go for foods first instead of meeting up with 阿姨 first. He gave another option vent his anger and made mummy felt so upset then mummy quickly called 大姨 to ask where they wanted to go for lunch in very rude tube. Mummy regretted that mummy talked to 大姨 in rude manners after being scolded by baba. Mummy wondered why does baba always likes to scold and shout at mummy? Haiz...

We took a taxi to 2姨家 to meet the rest of the 阿姨. 阿公阿婆 were already left as 5姨 said there were some miscommunication as 阿公 thought everyone will be having dinner together at night when all 姨丈 back from work. He already ate the porridge and did not wish to go for lunch anymore. Then阿b gor gor talked to 阿公in rude manners and accused 阿公 to be a wet blanket. There were multiple miscommunication and 阿公 was angry then left. 

Baba was even angry when he knew 阿公 had left as we rushed here. 

We had lunch at a coffeeshop instead.

After lunch we went to 大姨家. 阿b gor gor and 映彤姐姐 will take a train with us and back to Singapore today. They will stay overnight at our place.

We brought gor gor and 姐姐 to have dinner at a hawker center then we proceeded to Sunplaza by taxi to buy an ice-cream cake for your birthday celebration tomorrow.

Apparently you like 啊b gor gor a lot.

Yeah tomorrow everyone will be coming to have a simple gathering and celebration for you.

[11 Sep 2016] Birthday Celebrations for YOU

Yeah, today everyone came to our home to pre-celebrate your lunar birthday. 

Today is 丙申年八月十一 , 4 more days to your actual lunar birthday!

Mummy ordered lunch buffet online and they delivered to our home on time.

公公婆婆，大姨大姨丈，二姨二姨丈，三姨三姨丈，四姨四姨丈 and 五姨 brought all gor gor 姐姐 to our home! 五姨丈 did not turn up due to some income tax issue in Kuala Lumpur.

You played happily with all gor gor 姐姐 in the room.

Wow mummy simply can't believe that you've grown so much and fast!

Mummy truly loves you!

爷爷奶奶，姑姑姑丈 and Shannon姐姐 came as well. As usual 姑姑姑丈 and Shannon姐姐 did not even greet 公公婆婆 and the rest of the 阿姨姨丈. All gor gor 姐姐 proceeded to greet them instead but that also triggered baba to feel offended as he felt all gor gor姐姐 purposely went forward to greet each of them. Nevertheless, this is basic respect and they should do that. Baba was vexed simply because he sided 姑姑 too much as usual just like when 姑姑 was rude to mummy but he insisted mummy could not defend. Anyway, mummy hopes you will show your basic respect to everyone and not to look down on anyone. Just bear in mine, everyone as a human being is the same no matter what status they have in this society. Showing basic respect to different walks in life instead of picking which group of people will you speak to or smile at. To mummy, that is discrimination!

Anyway, mummy bought an ice-cream cake for you as promised! Hehe 

Everyone sang happy birthday song for you!

And you got to have the first bite as well! Yeah

冠杰gor gor, 翔翔gor gor, 安淇姐姐 and俊豪gor gor stepped forward to take pictures with you as well.

Then baba mama held your hand to cut the cake. You have a lot of 红包 and 祝福 from everyone

Janell 姐姐 and 紫淇姐姐 even read stories for you in the room

安淇姐姐 and 萱萱姐姐  came and joined too!

5姨 purposely arranged to come back from Kuala Lumpur at this period of time just to make sure she and both 安淇姐姐 and 紫淇姐姐 can come to your birthday celebration.

More fun with gor gor 姐姐 in another room. You were so happy today. Mummy was surprised that you said 'i say no' and 'quiet' clearly! Wow now you are picking up more words and vocabularies! Yeah
