Today is a Public Holiday, i.e. Good Friday!
In the morning, we went to Chong Pang for breakfast. Ever since you turned 18 months, mummy started to let you try out and taste more different foods. Today, mummy decided to let you have your first sip of 甘蔗水 and your first bite of 油条! You enjoyed trying out different foods and exploring different taste now. You must be wondering 'wow, 长大真好!' haha
You liked 油条 so much and kept asking for a few more bites! Hehe mummy loves 油条 too but we should not eat such oily foods too often as it is unhealthy haha!
Nowadays the weather is getting hotter and hotter. Instead of staying at home, baba mama decided to bring you to shopping center to enjoy the free air-con in the mall haha!
The big fans in MRT station not only cooled the temperature down but also blew your hair upwards. The scene looked exceptionally funny and you looked so cute with all your hair blown here and there by the strong wind hehe
Finally we arrived at City Hall. Mummy passed by a boutique called BYSI and eyed on one of dress which has been catching mummy's eyes even before Chinese New Year. The dress costs $69 and that is the price mummy hardly spend for a piece of dress. Since mummy really loves it and that boutique still has stock even after so many months, mummy thought maybe mummy should just spend on it and bought something that mummy really loves! Yeah, finally mummy paid and held the dress on mummy's hand after so many months hehe.
After that we went to Marina Square. You played at the kids playzone happily but accidentally knocked yourself onto one of the cartoon display there. Luckily it was not serious just a small bump.
It was about dinner time so mama suggested to go to 店小二 to have mummy's favourite 十全烤鸭 and 鱼鳔羹. Hehe you got to taste 鱼鳔羹with rice as well! Hahaha wow you just be wondering 'yeah mummy is so kind today to let me try so many different foods!' hahaa
After dinner, we went to the new expanded area of Marina Square and we found a nice place called Emporium Shokuhin.
Emporium Shokuhin is Singapore’s first integrated Japanese Emporium featuring a live seafood market, a beef dry-aging facility, a Japanese Gourmet Grocer and 8 unique dining concepts, all in one location as an exquisite epicurean destination.
We spent quite awhile there before we headed home.
Today is such a beautiful and fruitful Friday for all of us :)
