Today is the scheduled day for your Hepatitis A vaccination. Finally, you get the injection after long wait as mummy was so worried that you will not be able to get the first dose by 23 months old. Though this is an optional injection, it brought to mummy's attention and concern after the incident in Taiwan which a 2 years old toddler died from Hepatitis A.
Anyway, baba and mama applied half a leave to go to your school to pick you up in the afternoon to go for the injection at Woodlands Polyclinic.
Haha you were still happy when we entered the consultation room but started to get anxious right after you sensed something was not right haha. The nurse acted very fast and had done the injection. We were told to wait outside for 5 minutes to ensure you are ok.
While waited at the waiting area, you kept 撒娇 and seemed to complain that it was painful but soon you forgot about it after mummy carried you and walked around.
The nurse walked out of the consultation room after about 10 minutes and had a quick check on you. You were ok and we were permitted to proceed with payment and go. The injection itself costs $66! Expensive but mummy knew it will be good for you so it's ok!
Baba wanted to go to 爷爷奶奶家 again so we all left polyclinic and went straight to Ang Mo Kio by car. We had dinner at 爷爷奶奶家 and stayed till almost 10pm before we came back home.
Mummy spent a little time to read for you before putting you to bed.
