Today is a public holiday. 阿公阿婆 originally planned to go back to Malaysia today but mummy stopped them as it will definitely be very crowded at the custom and mummy's past experience was to stay in queue for at least 2 hours!
Mummy brought 阿公阿婆 and you to go for breakfast in the morning while baba went to have breakfast with 奶奶 in Ang Mo Kio.
We had quick breakfast and went back home as the weather is very hot.
Mummy passed you a piece of paper and crayons and you came up with beautiful artwork.
After lunch, you went to 阿公阿婆's room to play again. 阿婆 showed you the picture of Goddess of Mercy, you immediately 双手合十 to 'worship'. Haha you are such a devoted Buddhist like mummy.
Baba came back home in the afternoon then we went to City Hall to have dinner.
You were sleeping while we had yummy yummy 小笼包.
After dinner, we went to Shokuhin Emporium before we headed home again.
Mummy told you that 阿公阿婆 purposely spent their time to come to Singapore by bus to take care of you while you were unwell. With their age and the tiredness during the long journey, they didn't even complain anything. This is the unconditional love from 阿公阿婆 to you and you must appreciate it. Then mummy told you to say '谢谢' to 阿公阿婆. You didn't but you went forward to kiss 阿公阿婆 a few times. Haha you are so sweet! This must be the way how you show your appreciation to 阿公阿婆.
