Today is a Monday. Mummy had to go to office to work. Baba had applied childcare leave so that he can bring you to see a doctor to review your condition.
Mummy told baba to let you were the school uniform so that baba can send you to school if the doctor said you are fit to go to school since you have been waiting to go back to school.
Baba sent me a photo of you and the rashes seemed to be quite obvious on your face.
Dr Koo saw you and concluded that this is similar to heat rash that usually developed after high fever and it does not seem to be the side effect of antibiotic. Oh..2 different doctors diagnose differently...anyway, Dr Koo said you are completely OK but she wanted you to stay at home to rest. Mummy was so worried that you will be very sad and told baba to send photos to mummy every now and then. Mummy even called to your school and informed them that you will be absent from school.
Baba said you were so happy at home and kept playing. You seemed to be completely okay as what doctor told!
But the bad news is you can go to school for at least 3 days till the rashes subsided. Mummy updated your condition in a family group chat in WhatsApp. 阿公阿婆 were so worried that mummy would have difficulty to make the arrangements then they decided to take a bus to our house to stay a few days so that they can take care of you then mummy can work in office.
Mummy initiated a video call with baba so that mummy could look at how you are doing. Haha you were so bubbly and happy you even stripped your clothes off and played!omg!!!
It was heavy rain in the evening. Mummy was so worried about 阿公阿婆 as they still had not arrived in Singapore after about 3 hours of bus ride. Mummy kept wondering whether they got stuck in the custom or they can move to anywhere as it was raining heavily. Could they have been stuck somewhere? Mummy could not contact them as they do not have a Singapore number.
Mummy decided to go home and waited for them instead.
It was still raining then mummy heard very familiar voice coming from outside. Yeah finally 阿公阿婆 are here! 阿公阿婆 came to our home to take care of you even though they needed to take long bus ride. That is the love from them to mummy so that mummy can work without much worries and also love for you as they want to take care of you to ensure you have speedy recovery. We must 感恩. We are so blessed to have them in our life!
