Today marks a new milestone for you, baby! Happy birthday, 恩恩! With tons of appreciation and excitement, I appreciate it so much that you chose to be my daughter or 娘娘 has gifted you as my daughter! You have been my best companion and growing up with me.
I am on leave on this special day, i.e. The day when I became a mother. Started our morning with first wefie before we headed off to McDonald's! Ha yeah, I had McDonald's last year on the same day before my contraction started.
While we were on our way going to Sunplaza for breakfast, I noticed that there were some red rashes and dots on En's thighs. I thought those are heat rash so not being alarmed too much. After our breakfast at McDonald's, I brought En to OCBC bank at level 2 and deposited some $$ to her account. Wanted to queue for SG50 Commemorative Notes for Jing En as a present but the long queue beat me off! I bought some mango puddings at Dunkin Donuts and headed to En's infant center instead. Passed the puddings to En's teachers as a token of appreciation on her birthday and I left the center as I noticed that the red rashes spread fast to other part of her body.
My 6th sense told me that something is not right and I immediately logged in to Polyclinic website to book an appointment for her.
Alan was on PM leave and initially we thought to bring En out for a simple celebration since it's still in lunar 7th month but end up we brought her to Yishun Polyclinic for consultation instead! Haha
Brought En to see a doctor and doctor diagnozed her with viral infection. No medicine will be prescribed so I requested for flu and ORS to standby at home.
En took a nap at home before our outing to Changi Airport.
Had simple dinner at 店小二 at the airport and we brought En around. A simple celebration and outing to celebrate the day when the 3 of us become a FAMILY.
