Today is a Saturday. Spent the daytime at home. As usual, my weekend is always busy but fulfilling!
En woke up at 5am and wanted to drink milk. The doctor advised before we should try to extend her drinking interval and don't make it a habit for her to ask for milk whenever she wakes up. It's a way to let her to learn how to fall asleep herself if she happens to wake up before the day breaks.
She cried and screamed, I peeped at how she was doing to ensure she is safe and okay but didn't bother her. Soon she realized nobody responded to her scream, she sat down and slowly lied down on her own, then fell asleep. She didn't sleep in good posture hence I got up and put her to sleep in better position.
She got up again at 7 plus and this time round I fed her milk and I started to prepare to cook the porridge for her brunch later. Today she had porridge with minced pork, carrot and broccoli. Yummy!
After dinner, we brought her to Sunplaza for a walk, I suggested to bring her to a bookstore and I want to cultivate her interest in reading. And indeed, I wonder my effort to spend time to read for her almost every night since she was 4 months works! Whenever she sees books, she will pick those books and flip. Hehe
