Noticed there are some very tiny blisters on En's palms and some red dots on her soles, I suspected that she could have been infected by HFMD. Made an appointment with Yishun Polyclinic again and decided not to bring her to infant care today. I had a scheduled meeting in the morning so had no choice but asked Alan to be on Child Care Leave instead.
With all the current symptoms that En has, the doctor had diagnosed her with HFMD and she was given 10 days of MC. I informed En's main caregiver at infant care, Teacher Ann and she was quite shocked about it. She even apologized to me but I don't think she caused it though as she can be infected by anyone or anywhere. Anyway, Teacher Ann dotes on En very much though :p
When I reached home from office, En seems to be 'okay' but a bit more cranky than usual. I cooked the porridge for her but she only managed to finish half of it.
I requested to work from home till En is recovered as I think she needs me the most now. Thanks to my understanding boss to grant me that.
